Under the authority of the Board, Continental Property Management oversees overall management tasks, such as finances, insurance, etc., as well as maintenance of common areas. CPM is also responsible for enforcement of the Villas at Five Ponds Rules and Regulations and other duties as directed/delegated by the Villas at Five Ponds Board of Directors.
