Shingle Project Updates
August 4, 2025
Dear Amy and Board Members,
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to provide a brief update on the roofing project progress at the Villas at Five Pond. Overall, we continue to move forward in alignment with the projected schedule. We were able to gain a couple of days early on, although we recently experienced a slight slowdown due to the extreme heat and recent rain. That said, we remain on track to complete Stage 2 just before the Labor Day weekend.
As part of our next steps for Stage #2 of the roof remediation project, we plan to schedule another meeting with management and the board shortly after to address any open items, concerns, or complaints for the second set of buildings. In the meantime, we’ve already revisited a few buildings proactively to stay ahead of the walkthroughs and punch list work.
Please find attached the updated production schedule for your review. We’re prepared to integrate a third crew and, if logistics align, we may be able to mobilize them as early as September 3rd instead of the originally projected September 8th. This adjustment could help maintain consistent production and keep us on track for a potential completion of the remaining buildings by the end of October.
Things have been running smoothly overall. That said, if there are any comments, suggestions, or if anything has fallen through the cracks, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re committed to making sure no loose ends are left unaddressed and that the residents feel confident in the process every step of the way.
Thank you again for your collaboration and ongoing support.
Best regards,
Mario A. Aguilar
