POOL RULES
Pool hours: Summer 2018
Indoor Pool: 6 AM-10 PM Outdoor Pool: 9 AM-dusk.
Pool is opened from Memorial Day until the end of September.
Actual Closing dates will be announced.
The first fifteen minutes of every hour are reserved for adult swim, if the pool is crowded.
The pools may be closed at certain times for resident group activities.
No Lifeguard. Buddy System Only (Minimum of 2 People recommended at all times.) Swimming is at your own risk.
Please enter the Pool Area through the single door entrance.
Do not use the Main Entrance Doors.
Pool Gates can be used for exiting the Pool Area Only.
The rules, regulations and recommendations listed on this page are intended to allow the residents of The Villas At Five Ponds to enjoy the Pools and Spa in a safe, healthy and neighborly manner.
(Note: The Board reserves the right to make changes to the guest policy during a pool season, if necessary.)

The use of an open storage unit for collection of construction debris ("Dumpster"), on the resident's property, must meet certain requirements in keeping with the aesthetic and safety standards of the community. Prior to using a Dumpster at the Villas at Five Ponds, the homeowner must sign and submit this form as a request, the proper insurance forms, and receive approval of the Board. The use of a Portable Storage Unit ("PSU") for collection of or unloading household goods and furniture on the resident's property must meet certain requirements in keeping with the aesthetic and safety standards of the community. Prior to using a Portable Storage Unit at the Villas at Five Ponds, the homeowner must sign and submit this form as a request, the proper insurance forms, and receive approval of the Board. ASSOCIATION RETRACTABLE AWNINGS RULES & REGULATIONS
The installation of retractable awnings must meet certain requirements in keeping with the aesthetic and safety standards of the community. Prior to installing a retractable awning, the homeowner must sign and submit a written architectural change request (see above) and receive Board architectural approval. The attached rules & regulations define the homeowners responsibilities. Print out and complete this Awning Form, and then send it to the Association address indicated on the Association Architectural/Landscape Approval Request Form.
